This quixotic profile (is it dry or just off dry?) makes it a veritable Swiss army knife for pairings. The grapes are normally sourced primarily from Trabacher Taubenhaus, supplmemented by fruit from their other vineyards. They will never chaptalize, so this wine can range from around 9% 11% depending on vintage
