Painting started with a compositional idea to have the skeleton (looped markings) descend and ascend from either the top or the bottom of the painting. I wanted to expand the color of the skeleton. Changing the color to a light green. The upper half of the painting pure hues that descend into added blue hues. The title was inspired by the candies, because the paintings base colors reminded me of the packaging on
