Bois de Boursan Chateauneuf Rouge 2022 Judean Hills Louis-Antoine Luyt vinified their grapesThe classic red of the domaine accounts for approximately 85% of the annual production of the estate. It is composed of Grenache Noir (65%), Syrah (15%), Mourvedre (15%) and a mix of other traditional varieties (5%). The grapes are not destemmed, the cuvaison lasts for three weeks and the elevage encompasses an additional eighteen months before the wine is bottled unfiltered.
