No ribbon. Established 1897 by Wilhelm II for the 100th Birthday of his grandfather. Awarded by Prussia to military officers, NCOs, enlisted personnel, as well as veterans. The medal is made of bronze gunmetal from captured Danish, Austrian and French cannons. Size 40mm
