10th Mountain Division Snowshoes (Non-matched Set) Vintage Ice Axe 1950s or EarlierVintage 10th Mountain Trail Snowshoes c. 1953 20th century Wood, Babiche, Copper (nails) 58"l x 10"w x 10"h Vintage Winter A non matched set of 10th Mountain Division Trail Snowshoes. These are marked and made by two of four companies that were producing snowshoes for the war (Abercrombie & Fitch in VT and Snowcraft of Maine). They are also stamped with the date (1943) and serial numbers. It was common to see "Pairs" with mismatched seriel numbers as
