Mizu Sakura Cask Shochu Douglas Laing’s wet ash and a sprinklingNative yamazakura, or wild mountain cherry, casks give Mizu Sakura Cask Shochu its distinctive barrel finished character. Handcrafted in the traditional way, it is single distilled from locally farmed Saga barley and black koji rice, then finished for at least nine months in medium char casks made by Ariake Sangyo.
