Carefully selected grapes are sun dried and combined with high quality aniseed. The three times distilled Yeni Rak l is stored for aging in special oak barrels. Lion's Milk Rak is traditionally mixed with cold water and drunk with some ice cubes if desired. This is how it develops its unmistakable taste, best in combination with meze
