This is a genuine set of WWII Imperial Japanese Type 93 trench periscope with telescopic top. It is marked with 5 x 10 TOKO No 1885 J. E. S.. The optics are fair and still work partially, but the view appears narrow. Both focus diopter adjustments work, though they are a bit stiff, as is the angle control. There is some minor oxidation across. The periscope consists of a black painted wooden handle with a inset brass
