It features a skull with a lightning bolt and the words: Nie dotykac! Urzadzenie elektryczne! This translates to; Do Not Touch! High Voltage! or Do not touch! Electric device. The skull, lightning bolt and letters are raised on the plate. The plate shows much wear, rust and pitting, it also appears to have been exposed to extreme heat.
