This is a gorgeous example of an Early American powder horn in a lovely two tone color, which was achieved by grinding down parts of the horn to reveal the darker color. The horn measures roughly 9 long and has a lovely threaded flat plug in the wooden bottom. The wooden bottom still retains the period nails holding it in place.
