This dress has an incredible skirt with layers of waving sculpted tulle. The strapless bodice has boning and a drop waist, made of black lace with a nude lining. It features a large bow made of the same sculpted tulle and black velvet. The hemline is asymmetrical, and the skirt is fully lined in black. While form
